NVIDIA is no longer merely a chip supplier. It is becoming an infrastructure financier and ecosystem orchestrator. That shift changes the risk profile. The company is now tied not only to artificial-intelligence capital expenditure, but also to customer credit quality, financing structures, partner solvency, supply-chain stability, and the utilization of the infrastructure its products enable.
The math is simple: revenue growth and gross margins no longer capture the full exposure. NVIDIA’s valuation rests on an interconnected system of hyperscaler spending, GPU deployment, project finance, guarantees, leases, and infrastructure demand.
